Feb 16, 2018 In the search box on the taskbar of your tablet PC, type Control Panel, and in the search results, select Control Panel. Under Hardware and Sound, select Add a device. When the keyboard is listed, select it, and follow the instructions to successfully pair your Wedge Keyboard.

Aug 05, 2015 I tried to set the Wedge Mobile Keyboard in pairing mode as described in the manual but it does not work for me: 'Press and hold the Connect button on the underside of the device for 3 to 5 seconds. A small light on the front of the device blinks green and red alternately.' May 31, 2019 Wedge Touch Mouse. Press the battery-door release button on the bottom of the mouse. Insert a new AA battery positive side first and slide the door.

1. Did you make any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
2. Do you receive any error message?

Method 1:

Run the network troubleshooter and check if it works.

Follow the steps to run the Network troubleshooter:

A. Press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the Charms bar.

b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.

c. Now type Network Troubleshooter in the search option.

Method 2:
You may try to update the latest Windows 10 driver from the manufacturer website and check.

If no Windows 10 drivers are available then, you may install in Compatibility mode:

a. Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
B .Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
c. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
d. Try installing the driver and check.
